Fleet No One Else Has

Three exclusive manufacturer agreements — Shikewei, Feileshe, and TSPY — plus our own D Lap-branded kart launching July 2026. No competitor in Malaysia can replicate this fleet. The product moat is real and defensible.

Indoor space — preferably high-ceiling area such as carpark level or equivalent. D Lap’s indoor model is fully proven at Sunway Pyramid, Gurney Paragon, and Sunshine Central.

Primary Area

20,000 sq ft

Ideal footprint for the full drift ecosystem — competitive circuit, event overlay space, training zones, and spectator areas. Open to discussion on phased expansion if full area is not immediately available.

Alternative

Flexible Boutique

If 20,000 sq ft is not currently available, we welcome any suitable smaller space to establish D Lap at Setia City Mall, with priority right of first refusal when larger space becomes available.

Tenancy Period

3–5 Years Preferred

D Lap is a long-term anchor partner. Open to a 2-year initial term with renewal option. We invest in permanent fixtures and infrastructure at every venue — we are not a temporary activation.

Operations

Fully Self-Operated

D Lap manages all staffing, safety equipment, insurance, fleet maintenance, and customer experience. Zero operational burden on the mall at any time.

Site Requirements

Electrical + Clear Floor

Standard electrical supply. D Lap provides all safety perimeter barriers, track surfacing, and equipment. High-ceiling space strongly preferred for full circuit and event overlay capability.

Opening Target

2026

Ready to move quickly. D Lap has the infrastructure, fleet, and operations team in place to execute a fast opening once lease terms are confirmed.
