Full Level 6 of Toppen’s MSCP — high-ceiling, indoor, all-weather. Ideal for a full drift circuit with permanent event and spectator infrastructure. D Lap’s indoor model is proven at Sunway Pyramid, Gurney Paragon, and Sunshine Central.

Activation Area

~30,000 sq ft

Full-floor activation for D Lap’s complete drift ecosystem. Subject to final site assessment and mutual agreement. Sized for competitive circuit, event overlay, training zones, and spectator areas.

Tenancy Period

3–5 Years Preferred

D Lap is a long-term anchor partner. We invest in permanent fixtures, trained staff, and ongoing marketing at every venue. Open to a 2-year initial term with renewal option.

Operations

Fully Self-Operated

D Lap manages all staffing, safety equipment, insurance, fleet maintenance, and customer experience. Zero operational burden on Toppen at any time.

Site Requirements

Electrical + Clear Floor

Standard electrical supply. D Lap provides all safety perimeter barriers, track surfacing, and equipment. MSCP Level 6 structure confirmed suitable for all-weather year-round operations.
